Abstract
A 42-year-old woman without a prior psychiatric history presented with psychotic symptoms that were suspected as related to treatment of tuberculosis with isoniazid. The psychotic symptoms resolved after isoniazid was discontinued. Clinicians should be aware of the possibility of psychotic symptoms with use of this agent. (Korean J Med 78:650-653, 2010)
