Abstract
Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), which has hypergammaglobulinemia and autoantibodies in blood, is a chronic hepatitis with an unknown etiology. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is autoimmune disease that involves multiple organs, but hepatic involvement is rare. A 34-year-old woman who had no history of viral hepatitis, alcoholism and drug use visited our hospital for fatigue. There was no ductal invasion as seen in radiological images. Pathological findings, clinical manifestations and laboratory findings satisfied both of the diagnostic criteria of autoimmune hepatitis by the International Autoimmune Hepatitis Group and SLE.(Korean J Med 72:S160-S163, 2007) Key Words : Hepatitis, autoimmune; Lupus erythematosus, systemic
