Thromboembolism is one of the main complications of nephrotic syndrome. Hypercoagulability is known as the principal contributing factor in the pathophysiologic mechanism. There are many reports of thromboembolism in patients with nephrotic syndrome. However, few cases were accompanied by large vein stenosis.
We reported the unusal case of nephrotic syndrome with thepulmonary thromboembolism, Rt deep vein thrombosis and Rt common iliac vein stenosis.(Korean J Med 70:S278-S283, 2006)
