The Korean Journal of Medicine (KJM) is the official journal of the Korean Association of Internal Medicine. Its abbreviated title is Korean J Med.
KJM aims to contribute to the cure of diseases and to promote human health through sharing scientific information on the latest developments in internal medicine among the society members and researchers from other international societies. Its focus covers clinical and basic research, which bridges the laboratory and clinical practice in internal medicine. Its regional focus is mainly Korea, but it also welcomes submissions from physicians all over the world.
The language of the main text is in Korean or English; while, the abstract is provided in English. The publication type includes original articles, case reports, reviews, editorials, and specialized serial articles. It is published bimonthly, and supplementary issues may be published.
