Abstract
Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) is known to be associated with vasculitis. ANCA-associated vasculitis may involve all organ system especially ENT, kidney and lung. Bone marrow involvement is infrequent finding. And ANCA-associated vasculitis combined with granulomatosis of bone marrow have not been reported yet. We experience one case of ANCA-associated vasculitis with respiratory failure and bone marrow granulomatosis.
