Abstract
Choledochocele is the rarest type of choledochal cyst and defined as cystic dilatation of the distal common bile duct, protruding into the duodenal lumen. Clinically, choledochocele presents with recurrent cholangitis or pancreatitis and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is very helpful for correct diagnosis. Choledochocele is reported to have very low potential of malignant transformation. Recently, we experienced a case of choledochocele with malignant change and report this case with literatures review.(Korean J Med 70:S156-S160, 2006) Key Words : Choledochal cyst, Choledochocele
